In our journey to use healthy products in and on our bodies, some things have been easier to swap out than others. One of the hardest things for me to switch over was my deodorant. I have always been really good at sweating. What can I say, it’s a skill.
When I played sports in high school, I distinctly remember buying stronger and stronger deodorant because my old stuff “wasn’t working” to keep me from sweating.
